3 Ingredient Anabolic Teriyaki Chicken

Teriyaki Chicken without all the sugar? Yes, please! Skip the extra calories from takeout and whip out the grill to make this extremely easy yet delicious teriyaki chicken. Covered in a light teriyaki sauce, the chicken is not too sweet or too salty. We like to add broccoli for extra crunch and fiber, but the chicken is also great alone!

 

Ingredients:

10oz Chicken Tenderloins

Seasoning: (Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder)

G Hughes’ Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce

(Optional) Sesame Seeds 

 

Directions:

Step 1: Put 10oz of Chicken tenderloins in a mixing bowl

Step 2: Mix seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Onion Powder)

Step 3: Mix G Hughes’ Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce

Step 4: Marinate for 12 to 24 hours

Step 5: Put chicken on skewers

Step 6: Grill and Baste (5 minutes per side on medium heat)

Step 7: Garnish with sesame seeds (optional) and serve!
